A Desire for Peace

For Advent this year we will return to the Psalms. More specifically, we will spend time in some of the "Psalms of Ascents," which begin with Psalm 120 and end with Psalm 134. These psalms were likely sung by God's people as they made various pilgrimages to Jerusalem, and so they provide a helpful framework for us as we journey forward on our pilgrimage through this life toward eternity with the Lord. We'll begin this Sunday with "A Desire for Peace" from Psalm 120.
